The B&S 3100 is a professional F tuba in the Perantucci line built by Buffet Crampon's B&S brass works. It has six rotary valves arranged 4+2, a graduated 0.669-to-0.827-inch bore, and a 16.5-inch yellow brass bell, making a compact, agile high tuba suited to solo, chamber, and orchestral playing. It is offered in lacquer or silver-plate.
