The Sequential Prophet-6, introduced in 2015, is a six-voice analog polyphonic synthesizer designed by Dave Smith as a modern descendant of the original Prophet-5. Each voice has two discrete voltage-controlled oscillators plus a sub-oscillator, a four-pole resonant low-pass filter inspired by the Prophet-5 and a two-pole high-pass filter, with a dual analog/digital effects section, polyphonic step sequencer, and arpeggiator.
