The Spirit XT-2 is Steinberger's headless, lightweight 4-string electric bass on a 34 in scale, with a basswood body, three-piece maple neck, and dual humbuckers (HH). It uses the patented DoubleBall double-ball-end string bridge and 40:1 Direct-Pull tuning.
