It uses the Leo Fender-designed Saddle-Lock bridge and is often called the quintessential G&L guitar.

Thin aged nitrocellulose lacquer, a 10-to-14-inch compound-radius board, and Plek-finished fretwork give it vintage looks with modern playability.
