    The BN is F Bass's flagship handcrafted bass, built in Canada with a three-piece quarter-sawn maple neck and a body of Northern ash or alder. It carries two F Bass stacked single-coil pickups with a noise-cancelling mode and the company's own active 9V three-band preamp, feeding an aluminum Hipshot bridge. The BN is offered in four-, five-, and six-string versions.

    The five-string member of the StingRay family, the StingRay 5 brings the StingRay's active preamp and powerful humbucking tone to a 34-inch-scale five-string. Current Special versions feature a lightweight ash body, roasted maple neck, stainless-steel frets, neodymium pickups, and an 18-volt three-band preamp for added headroom.

    Introduced in 1980, the L-2000 is G&L's flagship four-string bass. It pairs two G&L Magnetic Field Design humbuckers with the Tri-Tone control system, whose mini-toggles select pickups, switch series/parallel routing, and toggle active/passive operation, plus active treble and bass controls. It uses a bolt-on neck and the Leo Fender-designed Saddle-Lock bridge.
