The Yamaha YCB-621 is a compact 3/4-size professional C (CC) tuba aimed at soloists and doublers. It has a yellow brass body, a 366 mm (14 3/8-inch) bell, four front-action piston valves, and a relatively small bore (about 0.689 inch). Quick, secure response and accurate intonation give it a focused, projecting tone. It is offered in clear lacquer or silver-plate (YCB-621S).
