Magnesium-alloy electric guitar

An electric guitar introduced by the British maker Staccato in 1985, cast from magnesium alloy and described as the first and only production magnesium guitar. Earlier Staccato guitars used interchangeable necks before the M.G. adopted a fixed-neck design.
