The Shen SB80 is Samuel Shen's workhorse laminated double bass, built for schools, rental fleets, and the rigors of gigging. Fully laminated spruce and maple construction with an ultra-tough lacquer finish makes it durable and stable across climates, while a carved maple neck, ebony fingerboard, and Shen shop setup keep it comfortable to play. It is offered in a wide size range from 3/4 down to 1/10.
