The 1a Tradicional is the flagship handmade concert classical guitar of Guitarras Ramirez of Madrid, first developed by José Ramírez III in 1960 with players including Andrés Segovia, who played the model exclusively. It is fully handmade from individually selected tonewoods, with cypress-lined sides that warm the treble overtones.
