The S Series is the accessible entry in the Northfield mandolin line, available in oval-hole (NFS-F2, with lateral bracing) and F-hole (NFS-F5, with tonebar bracing) configurations. Built with a spruce top, figured maple back, sides, and neck, and an ebony fingerboard and bridge, finished in matte nitrocellulose lacquer. Materials are sourced from North America and matched in Marshall, Michigan; assembly and finishing are completed in Qingdao. Priced at USD 3,995.
