Ludwig's Professional Series has been an orchestral and concert-band standard for decades. The timpani use seamless hammered or polished copper bowls with a double-ring suspension system that isolates the kettle from the tuning mechanism for added depth of tone. They are offered in 20, 23, 26, 29 and 32-inch sizes.
