Hybrid synthesizer

The EMS Synthi 100, introduced in 1971, is a very large studio synthesizer that scaled up EMS's matrix-patching design with multiple oscillators, filters, and a digital sequencer. Only a small number were built, mostly for institutional electronic-music studios.
