The Samuel Eastman VL80 is the entry-level violin in Eastman's Samuel Eastman line, hand-crafted from seasoned solid tonewoods with a spruce top, maple back and ribs, ebony fingerboard and fittings, hand-inlaid purfling, a Despiau bridge, and a high-gloss varnish. Cut on the Stradivari pattern and offered in a wide range of sizes from 4/4 down to 1/32, it is a long-standing school and studio beginner instrument.
