The Bach Stradivarius 42 is a large-bore professional tenor trombone widely used in orchestral and solo playing. It has a .547-inch bore and an 8.5-inch one-piece hand-hammered yellow brass bell; the popular 42BO version adds an open-wrap rotary F-attachment that extends the low range.
